Students from Post-16 had an awesome day at the SEND Schools festival cricket tournament in Wokingham. Led by captain-fantastic Kurt, there was an amazing team spirit as the students supported and encouraged each other. Not even a torrential downpour dampened their spirits and enthusiasm. There was some fantastic bowling, batting and fielding with organiser Chris Baker describing Alex K's high catch in the first game as "the highlight of the day"! 
We ended the day in 5th place having won two and lost two (losing only to the two eventual finalists).
I could not be prouder of the whole squad! They had practised hard in the lead up and it showed on the day!
