Fink Street Food workshop

On Tuesday 3^rd June, Calshot class welcomed Fink Street Food’s James and Lewis who ran a series of cooking workshops for the students.  The students learnt how to make spicy potato wedges, halloumi wraps and a delicious cheesecake – all in under an hour!  They even made their very own tzatziki sauce to go inside their wraps.  The sessions were a great success – especially when it came to choosing yummy toppings for their cheesecakes.  Thank you James and Lewis – we look forward to welcoming you again next year!
