As you will be aware, The Prime Minister gave a speech this weekend about the government’s plans for easing lockdown restrictions. Like you, I only saw the announcement on the Sunday evening. We had no pre-briefing of any of the content.

Some additional details have now since been released by the government, and as you will appreciate, we now need to study these carefully in order to formulate a safe and workable plan. 

The priority, as always, will be the safety of all pupils and staff.

For clarity, in the short term, nothing has changed and we will continue to be closed to the majority of pupils.

I will provide more information in the coming days and weeks once I am able to do so.
