Updated protocols 1.4.22

Dear Parents and Carers,

As you will no doubt know, the last of the remaining restrictions in England are being removed tomorrow. However, there is still guidance issued by the government that we all need to follow in order to help keep everyone safe. I have updated the protocols, attached below, to include this new guidance and I would ask everyone to read them carefully as they have been changed significantly.

It is important to note that Covid-19 has not gone away and the infections rates are currently very high. Therefore, it is very important to remain vigilant to any illness and to keep your child away from school if they are ill. This will not only help reduce Covid-19 infections, but also reduce other illnesses from spreading; something that can lead to class closures.

I would like to thank everyone for their hard work and support in helping to keep everyone safe over the past two years. Let's make sure we continue to work together to make the school community safe for everyone.

Best wishes,

Jon Hewitt
