Totnes class have been spending time learning about professional catering and the hospitality industry. They have visited a restaurant to learn about serving and cooking food as well as learning how to pour soft drinks behind the bar as well as getting a talk and demonstration from a professional chef. Back in class they have also been learning how to present puddings that they have made, like the professionals.
