At The Castle School we support children and young people with a range of complex learning needs from the ages of 3 to 19, offering a range of provision for different ages, stages and needs. We are a very welcoming and open school with a caring and highly-specialised staff team who are committed to supporting the education of all our pupils and make our school a very special place. Support Assistant

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic, creative and hardworking people to our Support Assistants team. You will be working with students across the school age range who have special educational needs. Jobs at our Castle @ Theale ASD/SEMH site

The Castle @ Theale is a brand-new provision for students aged 11-19 with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) and ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorder) needs, run by The Castle School. When we are recruiting, jobs will be listed below:

Teaching Assistant

We are a growing SEN school and are seeking additional Teaching Assistants to start with us to help create exceptional learning environments. You will help to support the delivery of an exciting curriculum in a truly therapeutic setting. This is a pivotal moment of expansion with two new classes in September and you will help shape the futures of our students. This is a fantastic and unique opportunity for someone with SEMH/ASD experience, a passion for person-centred learning and therapeutic approaches, to be involved in our successful school.
