At The Castle School we support children and young people with a range of complex learning needs from the ages of 3 to 19, offering a range of provision for different ages, stages and needs. Assistant Headteacher (Post-16)

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, inspiring and highly motivated Assistant Headteacher to lead and encourage learning at our Post-16 provision. This appointment would be for a January 2026 start or earlier if possible. Lunchtime Assistant

The Castle @ Theale is a brand-new provision for students aged 11-19 with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) and ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorder) needs, run by The Castle School. When we are recruiting, jobs will be listed below:

We are a growing school and are seeking additional Teaching Assistants to start with us in September to help create exceptional learning environments. You will help to support the delivery of an exciting curriculum in a truly therapeutic setting.
