At The Castle School we support children and young people with a range of complex learning needs from the ages of 3 to 19, offering a range of provision for different ages, stages and needs. Assistant Headteacher (Post-16)
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, inspiring and highly motivated Assistant Headteacher to lead and encourage learning at our Post-16 provision. This appointment would be for a January 2026 start or earlier if possible. Our mission is to create a happy, secure and stimulating environment which will encourage and challenge our learners to develop their skills and knowledge as far as they can and to provide the best education possible. The successful applicant will play a key role in this by setting high expectations for staff and students and creating an environment that enables our learners to flourish. Lunchtime Assistant
Are you seeking a part-time opportunity that keeps your mornings and afternoons free? You will need to have excellent people skills and a warm and caring personality. The Castle @ Theale is a brand-new provision for students aged 11-19 with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) and ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorder) needs, run by The Castle School. When we are recruiting, jobs will be listed below:
